Now Alliance Bank accepts digital documents in Diya

Alliance Bank is a bank in your team, so to speak, a teammate. And the main task of a teammate is to always be closer, simpler and more accessible. Therefore, Alliance Bank joins the digital state: now verification is available for our clients using an electronic passport of a citizen of Ukraine or an e-passport to travel abroad in the Diya mobile application.


What does this mean?

This will allow you to receive banking services in the branches of Alliance Bank without extra documents - you just need to have a smartphone and the installed Diya application. The application allows you to save time and avoid the need to visit banks and government agencies with a package of documents.


How does verification through the Diya application work?

When a Bank employee asks you to show documents, log in to the Diya mobile application, and then:

• select a document on the basis of which identification will be carried out: e-passport of a citizen of Ukraine or e-passport for traveling abroad;

• click on the document to display the barcode or tell the employee the 13-digit code located under the barcode;

• Confirm the request in the mobile application "Diya" to provide a copy of the electronic passport.


Only a few steps and your passport is always with you in order to:

1.open an account in Alliance Bank,

2. receive cash at the bank's cash desk,

3. receive a payment card,

4.pay the loan

5. or draw up agreements on the use of a bank safe.
