JOINT STOCK COMPANY "BANK ALLIANCE" (location: city of Kyiv, 50 Sichovyh Striltsiv Street) announces the remote holding of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.

The date of the General Meeting of Shareholders (voting end date) is August 23, 2022.

The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders will be held remotely, in accordance with the procedure provided for by the Temporary Procedure for Convening and Remotely Conducting General Meetings of Shareholders and General Meetings of Corporate Investment Fund Participants, approved by the decision of the National Commission for Securities and the Stock Market No. 196 of April 16, 2020, as amended.

The single ballot for voting (except cumulative voting) will be placed in free access for shareholders on August 12, 2022.
