BANK ALLIANCE supported the first ceremonial award ceremony of Ukrainian mammologists in Kyiv under the title "Promise yourself to protect yourself"

The first All-Ukrainian campaign of the Kvitna Charitable Foundation with the participation of the most famous women of Ukraine took place with such a slogan. The main idea behind this action is to take the time to check your health, be responsible.

The date for the evening was chosen not by accident. October is the month when the whole world community turns their attention to the problem of breast cancer morbidity and mortality.

Yulia Frolova, Chairman of the Board of BANK ALLIANCE, spoke about internal corporate policy at the Bank and how we instill a culture of conscious care for ourselves, a caring and responsible approach to our health among our employees.

How do we change that?

1. People do not take care of themselves. The mission of the Bank Alliance is to develop a culture of conscious care for oneself and a responsible attitude to one's health.

2. We are convinced that the purposeful work on this "habit" within the team of 350 people - to reflect in general on the quality of life of each employee, and then their families, and as a consequence of the whole of our country.

• The bank has launched an annual free diagnostic examination of the whole organism in a modern medical center. 70% of our staff are women, and caring for women's health is a priority.
• Corporate running club "BANK ALLIANCE". BANK ALLIANCE Jogging Club participates in all running city events - Wizz Air Kyiv City Marathon, Nova Poshta Kyiv Half Marathon, Chestnut Run and others.
• Involving colleagues in corporate social responsibility projects is a concern for those who are least protected in our society. Together with colleagues, they have implemented many projects:

1. assistance to children with disabilities is an annual project, which is expressed in providing the necessary equipment, repair and household needs of orphanages in different cities of Ukraine
2. conducting children's sports competitions from local to national scale
3. participation in the construction of the dacha. Dacha is the only center in Ukraine where children with cancer during their treatment live with their parents
