REPORT ON THE WORK OF THE AUDIT COMMITTEE OF THE AUDIT COMMITTEE OF JSC BANK ALLIANCE FOR THE 2D HALF OF 2019

The Committee organizes its work on the basis of the Regulation on the Committee of the Supervisory Board of JSC BANK ALLIANCE on Audit, which defines the tasks and functions of the Committee, the procedure for its creation and functioning, and is guided by the legislation of Ukraine, normative legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine, the Charter of the JSC BANK ALLIANCE ", the Regulations on the Supervisory Board of JSC BANK ALLIANCE, internal documents of the Bank. The Committee is a permanent collegial body of the Supervisory Board of JSC BANK ALLIANCE. The main task of the Committee is the preliminary study and preparation for consideration at the meeting of issues that are within the competence of the Bank's Supervisory Board and are the responsibility of the Committee.
