About credit vacations for the clients ot the Bank Alliance.

Dear customers!

In connection with the imposition of martial law in Ukraine JSC "BANK ALLIANCE" introduces Credit Vacation:

- For individuals, for all loan agreements, which provide for the repayment of the loan (including according to the schedule) and / or interest in March 2022 - the term of each such payment is postponed to the relevant date of April 2022 without making such payments overdue debt accounts.

- For legal entities and sole proprietors under all loan agreements concluded under the Loan 5-7-9% Program, which provides for the loan repayment period (including according to the schedule) in March 2022 - the term of such payment has been postponed to the corresponding date of April 2022 without making such payments to the accounts of overdue debt.

JSC "BANK ALLIANCE" is also considering the introduction of Credit Vacations on the basis of individual appeals of Clients of JSC "BANK ALLIANCE", whose activities have been negatively affected by the war.
