The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of BANK ALLIANCE, convened on April 28, 2020, was not held due to the absence of a quorum. The announcement of convening of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of BANK ALLIANCE JSC in the period after the quarantine, introduced by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine throughout Ukraine to prevent the spread of coronavirus disease (COVID-19) in the territory of Ukraine, will be approved and approved by the Bank and approved terms stipulated by the current legislation of Ukraine.
