The rating of Alliance Bank was raised from "CCC" to "CCC+" due to stable operational indicators

October 25, 2023

Standard & Poor's (S&P), one of the world leaders in the analysis of external and internal risks for financial institutions, has raised the rating of Bank Alliance to "CCC+" with a "Stable" forecast.

(S&P) believes that although the bank operates in a highly vulnerable and difficult economic and operational environment, its creditworthiness has strengthened.

This forecast reflects Standard & Poor's opinion that Bank Alliance will maintain stable operational activities and its financial results in the next 12 months will be stable, as in the first half of 2023. As with the Ukrainian banking sector as a whole, Bank Alliance's performance turned out to be better than predicted, despite the extremely difficult operating conditions caused by the full-scale invasion of Russia.
