While part of our team stood up to defend the country at the front, our duty is to continue supporting defenders in the financial sphere.
According to the new Law of July 19, the employer is not obliged to pay salary to mobilized employees, keeping their workplace. But in our opinion, it still reserves the right to choose. That's why we choose to continue paying salaries to mobilized workers and call on businesses to do the same - it's the least we can do to support our heroes.
Moreover, we have created additional payment terms for our team:
- Mobilized workers were paid an additional monthly salary for the purchase of military equipment,
- Provided financial assistance to team members with housing damaged as a result of Russian aggression.
Responsibility starts with the team. With such team the victory is ours!
