Notification regarding the possibility of exercising the preemptive right by shareholders in the additional share issue of JSC "BANK ALLIANCE". (date of publication: 19.09.2023)

 In compliance with the requirements of Article 31 of the Law of Ukraine "On Joint Stock Companies", we inform each shareholder who has a preemptive right to purchase shares in the additional issue about the possibility of exercising this right.

The preemptive right of shareholders is the right of a shareholder - the owner of ordinary shares to acquire the ordinary shares issued by the Company, in proportion to the share of ordinary shares owned by him in the total number of ordinary shares.

The total number of shares issued by the Company is:

8,120,612 (eight million one hundred twenty thousand six hundred twelve) pieces of ordinary registered shares with a nominal value of 28.58 hryvnias each.

Placement price:

For one share - 28.58 (twenty-eight hryvnias fifty-eight kopecks). The shares are placed at their nominal value.
