Notice on the possibility of exercising the preemptive right by shareholders of JSC "BANK ALLIANCE" to purchase shares that are additionally placed (pubblication date May 28, 2024).

To fulfill the requirements of Art. 31 of the Law of Ukraine "On Joint-Stock Companies", we inform each shareholder of the Bank about the possibility of exercising the preferential right by shareholders 

JSC "BANK ALLIANCE" for the purchase of shares, which are additionally placed. 

The overriding right of shareholders is the right of a shareholder - the owner of ordinary shares to purchase ordinary shares placed by the Bank, in proportion to the share of ordinary shares owned by him in the total number of ordinary shares. 

Total number of shares placed: 8,200,000 (eight million two hundred thousand) ordinary registered shares with a nominal value of UAH 28.58 each. 

Placement price: 28.58 (twenty-eight hryvnias 58 kopecks) per share. 

Rules for determining the number of securities to which a shareholder has a preferential right to purchase: 

Each shareholder - the owner of ordinary shares of JSC "BANK ALLIANCE" has a preferential right to purchase shares of the additional issue in proportion to the share of ordinary shares belonging to him in the total number of issued ordinary shares as of April 29, 2024.
