The date of the General Meeting of Shareholders (voting end date) is April 24, 2024.

The general meeting of shareholders will be held remotely, in accordance with the Procedure for convening and holding remote general meetings of shareholders, approved by the decision of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission dated 03.06.2023 No. 236 (hereinafter referred to as the Procedure).
