The date and time of the start and end of sending ballot papers to the depository institution is from 11:00 on April 10, 2023 to 18:00 on April 21, 2023.

The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders will be held remotely, in accordance with the Procedure for Convening and Conducting Remote General Meetings of Shareholders, approved by the decision of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission dated 06.03.2023 №236
