On December 2, 2019, the winners of the competition "BANK OF THE YEAR - 2019" were named.

The winner of the XI ALL-UKRAINIAN BANK OF THE YEAR-2019 COMPETITION in the nomination "LEADER FOR QUALITY SERVICING CUSTOMERS - LEGAL AND INDIVIDUALS" was awarded.


“The Alliance Bank is committed to continuing professional excellence by improving customer service, developing effective risk management systems, and attracting investment. The results in the nomination were determined on the basis of customer surveys, opinions of reputable experts of the National Bank of Ukraine, the University of Banking, the League of Insurance Organizations of Ukraine, National Financial Services Commission, rating agencies, business media partners. The winners were judged solely on the principles of openness, transparency, reliability, goodwill and professionalism. These basic qualitative criteria became the basis for determining the winner of the nomination, ”the BANKER International Financial Club noted.


Criteria for determining the winners of the competition (qualitative indicators):

  • Openness and availability of information about the activity of the contestant, its sufficiency
  • Unconditional fulfillment of the requirements of the legislation, by-laws and regulatory documents of the Regulator
  • A flawless business reputation, no complaints from customers and the regulator's charges
  • Compliance with the principles of activity to international quality standards
  • Availability of certificates (national and international) for compliance with existing requirements for this type of activity
  • Positive audit findings of reputable Ukrainian and international audit companies
  • Management effectiveness in achieving financial results
  • Activity of own PR-services, cooperation with business media
