Information on the total number of shares and voting shares as of the date of compiling the list of shareholders entitled to participate in the general meeting convened on October 9, 2020

In accordance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On Joint Stock Companies" (last paragraph of Article 35), we inform that as of October 5, 2020 (date of compiling the list of shareholders entitled to participate in the general meeting of shareholders of JSC "BANK ALLIANCE"):

• the total number of shares of JSC BANK ALLIANCE is 16,000,000 (sixteen million) ordinary registered shares
• the total number of voting shares of JSC BANK ALLIANCE is 15,906,053 (fifteen million nine hundred six thousand fifty-three) ordinary registered shares

JSC BANK ALLIANCE did not issue preferred shares.
