Information on the total number of shares and voting shares as of the date of compiling the list of shareholders who have the right to participate in the remote general meeting convened on August 23, 2022.

In accordance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On Joint Stock Companies" (the last paragraph of Article 35), we inform you that as of August 17, 2022 (the date of compiling the list of shareholders who have the right to participate in the general meeting of shareholders of BANK ALLIANCE JSC):

• the total number of shares of BANK ALLIANCE JSC is 16 000 000 (sixteen million) ordinary registered shares;
• the total number of voting shares of "BANK ALLIANCE" JSC is 15 906 053 (fifteen million nine hundred six thousand fifty-three) pieces of ordinary registered shares.

JSC BANK ALLIANCE did not issue preferred shares.
