Information on the total number of shares and voting shares as of the date of compiling the list of shareholders who have the right to participate in the remote general meeting convened on June 22, 2023.

In accordance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On Joint-Stock Companies" (Article 52), we inform you that as of June 19, 2023 (the date of compiling the list of shareholders who have the right to participate in the general meeting of shareholders of JSC BANK ALLIANCE):

The total number of shares of BANK ALLIANCE JSC is 16,000,000 (sixteen million) ordinary registered shares;

the total number of voting shares of JSC BANK ALLIANCE is

15,906,053 (fifteen million nine hundred six thousand fifty-three) pieces of ordinary registered shares.

JSC BANK ALLIANCE did not issue preferred shares.
