Information on the total number of shares and voting shares as of the date of compiling the list of shareholders who have the right to participate in the remote general meeting convened on February 12, 2024

In accordance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On Joint Stock Companies" (clause 3 of Article 52), we inform you that as of February 7, 2024 (the date of compiling the list of shareholders who have the right to participate in the general meeting of shareholders of BANK ALLIANCE JSC):

the total number of shares of BANK ALLIANCE JSC is 16,000,000 (sixteen million) ordinary registered shares;

the total number of voting shares of BANK ALLIANCE JSC is 15,936,371 (fifteen million nine hundred thirty-six thousand three hundred and seventy-one) ordinary registered shares.
