Information on the total number of shares and voting shares as of the date of compiling the list of shareholders who have the right to participate in the remote general meeting convened on November 10, 2023.

 In accordance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On Joint Stock Companies" (Article 52), we inform you that as of November 7, 2023 (the date of compiling the list of shareholders who have the right to participate in the general meeting of shareholders of BANK ALLIANCE JSC):

The total number of shares of BANK ALLIANCE JSC is 16,000,000 (sixteen million) ordinary registered shares;

The total number of voting shares of BANK ALLIANCE JSC is

15,936,371 (fifteen million, nine hundred and thirty-six thousand, three hundred and seventy-one) pieces of ordinary registered shares.

BANK ALLIANCE JSC did not issue preferred shares.
