Information on the total number of shares and voting shares as of the date of compiling the list of shareholders who have the right to participate in remote general meetings convened

In accordance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On Joint-Stock Companies" (clause 3 of Article 52), we inform you that as of December 18, 2023 (the date of compilation of the list of shareholders who have the right to participate in the general meeting of shareholders of BANK ALLIANCE JSC):

- the total number of shares of BANK ALLIANCE JSC is 16,000,000 (sixteen million) ordinary registered shares;

- the total number of voting shares of BANK ALLIANCE JSC is 15,936,371 (fifteen million nine hundred thirty-six thousand three hundred and seventy-one) ordinary registered shares.

BANK ALLIANCE JSC did not issue preferred shares.

The specified information was compiled on the basis of the List of shareholders who have the right to participate in the general meeting of the joint-stock company as of December 18, 2023, compiled by the Public Joint-Stock Company "National Depository of Ukraine".
