Information on the total number of shares and voting shares as of the date of compilation of the list of shareholders entitled to attend the General Meeting on February 5, 2020

In accordance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On Joint Stock Companies" (last paragraph of Article 35), we announce that as of January 30, 2020 (the date of drawing up the list of shareholders entitled to participate in the general meeting of shareholders of JSC "BANK ALLIANCE"):

• the total number of shares of JSC BANK ALLIANCE is 16,000,000 (sixteen million) ordinary registered shares;
• the total number of voting shares of BANK ALLIANCE JSC is 15 866 053 (fifteen million eight hundred sixty six thousand fifty three) ordinary registered shares.

BANK ALLIANCE JSC did not issue preference shares.
