Due to the difficult situation in the country, we publish changes in the work schedule of branches every day.

As of November 21, 2022, the following branches are operating as usual:

  • from 09:00 to 18:00, cash register until 17:30 - Sumy, Chernivtsi, Chernihiv, Lutsk, Kremenchuk, Lviv, Uzhhorod, Zhytomyr, Poltava, Korosten,
  • from 10:00 to 18:00, cash register until 17:30 - Lviv branch №1, Khmelnytskyi, Ivano-Frankivsk, Ternopil, Vinnytsia, Kropyvnytskyi, Cherkassy, ​​Central, Kyiv branches №1, №2, №3, №5 (possible adjustment of the work schedule in the presence of electricity from 09:00)
  • from 13:00 to 18:00, Cash register until 17:30 - №4 (possible adjustment of the work schedule in the presence of electricity from 10:00),
  • from 10:00 to 17:00, cash register until 16:30 - Dnipro, Mykolaiv, Kharkiv, Zaporizhzhia, Odesa, Chornomorsk
  • from 10:00 to 20:00, cash register until 19:30 - Kyiv branch №6.
