As of May 2, 2022, the following branches are operating normally:

from 09:00 to 17:00 - Uzhhorod, Chernivtsi, Khmelnytsky, Lviv and Lviv №1.

from 10:00 to 17:00 - Poltava, Cherkasy, Kropyvnytskyi, Vinnytsia, Korosten, Sumy, Zhytomyr, Kremenchug.

from 10:00 to 16:00 - Central Office, Kyiv №2 and №3, Chernihiv, Chornomorsk, Dnipro, Zaporizhia.

from 11:00 to 19:00 - Kyiv branch №6.
