December 16, 2020

Alliance Bank and the State Export Credit Agency (ESA) have concluded an agreement on the Bank's clients' participation in the Export Risk Insurance Program.

According to the memorandum of cooperation, the Alliance Bank selects business projects of exporting clients who will be able to use the services of risk insurance under foreign trade agreements by ESA. Financing of contracts is assumed by the bank. Also on our side is a potential client analysis, thanks to which ESA will consider applications from companies that have passed the bank's examination under an accelerated procedure.

ESA's Export Risk Insurance Program significantly facilitates the access of export-oriented businesses to bank financing "- Yulia Frolova, Chairman of the Management Board.

Participation in the program is available not only to existing exporters, but also to companies that plan to expand the market and sell their products abroad in the future. The key condition is that the project supports a Ukrainian manufacturer.

Alliance Bank, under a cooperation agreement with the State Export Credit Agency (ESA), offers simplified lending terms. The terms of the loan in accordance with the requirements of ESA are as follows:

  • Loan amount - up to UAH 2.5 million
  • Loan term - up to 12 months

ESA provides credit insurance in the amount of 85% of the loan amount. The approximate insurance rate of ESA will be 1.2% of the loan amount for loans for up to 6 months, and 1.6% for a period of 6 to 12 months, depending on the ratio of the buyer's country on the OECD scale.

ESA's activities aimed at stimulating the export of Ukrainian goods provide truly affordable loans without the classic collateral previously required by the bank.

The program will complement the line of existing small and medium business financing products.
