Apple Pay has become available to holders of Alliance bank cards

Starting today, holders of Mastercard cards of Alliance bank have the opportunity to use Apple Pay - a more secure, protected and confidential payment tool that allows you not to touch the buttons on the payment terminal and not to transfer money from hand to hand. The security of every transaction in Apple Pay is ensured by innovative iPhone technologies.

To make a payment, just bring your iPhone or Apple Watch to the payment terminal. Each transaction through Apple Pay is securely protected - the user must authenticate using Face ID, Touch ID or a password, in addition to this, a unique one-time dynamic security code is used. With Apple Pay, you can pay for purchases in grocery stores, pharmacies, taxis, restaurants, coffee shops and many other places.

Users can also quickly and conveniently make purchases with Apple Pay on their iPhone, iPad or Mac in apps and on websites opened in Safari, eliminating the need to create accounts or fill out lengthy payment forms. With Apple Pay, it is much easier to order product delivery, pay for purchases in online stores, buy tickets and much more. Apple Pay is also available when paying for purchases in Apple Watch apps.

Security and privacy are at the heart of Apple Pay. When you add a credit or debit card to Apple Pay, the card number itself is not stored on the device or on Apple's servers. Instead, the device is assigned a unique account number that is encrypted and stored securely in your device's Secure Element chip.

Setting up Apple Pay is very easy. Simply go to the Wallet app on your iPhone, tap the plus icon and follow the instructions to add your Alliance bank credit or debit card. Apple Pay is ready to use as soon as you link your card to your iPhone, Apple Watch, or Mac. Users will still be able to receive all the discounts and bonuses offered by Alliance bank to its cardholders.
