Temporary inconvenience due to the change of processing center

We would like to inform you that from 19.04.23 23:00 to 20.04.23 08:00 the Bank will be moving to a new and more modern processing center in order to improve our work and provide better service in the future. During this period, financial operations on the bank card and the use of the banking application will not be available, so we advise you to prepare in advance.

Thanks to the new processing center, our Bank will be able to quickly introduce innovative products, and our clients will have expanded opportunities to manage their finances and display limits for cash withdrawals, purchases on the Internet, purchases in Ukraine and abroad, limits for card-to-card transfers, and more.

We would like to note that during the first time after the transition, there may be interruptions in the operation of the mobile application, and transaction notifications will come only via SMS.
