Changes to the Notice on the possibility of exercising the preemptive right by shareholders of JSC "BANK ALLIANCE" to purchase shares that are additionally placed (date of placement 10.06.2024)

In connection with the adoption by the Supervisory Board of JSC "BANK ALLIANCE" on 07.06.2024 of the decision to amend the decision on the issue of shares in terms of non-essential parameters of the issue of shares, information on the terms of exercise of the pre-emptive right is set out in the Notice on the possibility of exercising the pre-emptive right by shareholders with an additional of the issue of shares of JSC "BANK ALLIANCE" No. 18/2818 dated 05/28/2024, has changed.
