The general meeting of shareholders will be held remotely, according to a shortened procedure, in accordance with the Procedure for convening and conducting remote general meetings of shareholders, approved by the decision of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission dated 03.06.2023 No. 236 (hereinafter - the Procedure).
