Information on the total number of shares and voting shares as of the date of the list of shareholders entitled to participate in the general meeting on April 25, 2019

In accordance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On Joint Stock Companies" (the last paragraph of Article 35), we declare that as of April 19, 2019 (date of the list of shareholders entitled to participate in the general meeting of shareholders of JSC BANK ALLIANCE):

the total number of shares of JSC BANK ALLIANCE is 16,000,000 (sixteen million) ordinary registered shares;

the total number of voting shares of JSC BANK ALLIANCE is 15,866,053 (fifteen million eight hundred sixty six thousand fifty three) pieces of ordinary registered shares.

JSC "BANK ALLIANCE" did not issue a privileged share.

The above information is compiled on the basis of the List of shareholders entitled to participate in the general meeting of the joint-stock company as of April 19, 2019, drawn up by the Public Joint Stock Company "National Depository of Ukraine" and received by JSC BANK ALLIANCE.
