Information on the total number of shares and voting shares as of the date of drawing up the list of shareholders entitled to participate in the general meeting on April 28, 2020

In accordance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On Joint-Stock Companies" (last paragraph of Article 35), we announce that as of April 22, 2020 (the date of drawing up the list of shareholders entitled to participate in the general meeting of shareholders of JSC "BANK ALLIANCE"):

• the total number of shares of JSC BANK ALLIANCE is 16,000,000 (sixteen million) ordinary registered shares;
• the total number of voting shares of BANK ALLIANCE JSC is 15 906 053 (fifteen million nine hundred six thousand fifty-three) ordinary registered shares.

BANK ALLIANCE JSC did not issue preference shares.

This information has been compiled on the basis of the List of Shareholders entitled to participate in the General Meeting of the Joint Stock Company as of April 22, 2020, compiled by the Public Joint Stock Company "National Depository of Ukraine".
