About changes in some tariffs plans

Dear customers!

We inform you that from October 1, 2021, changes to the Bank's card tariffs for individuals will take effect, namely:

• the cost of the request for the contested transaction will be UAH 500.00 (regardless of the tariff plan)

Please note that the fee is debited by the Bank from the account after the investigation and if the client's claim is not confirmed.
