Pavlo Pavlovych Shcherban has been working in the banking sector since 2006, and in the Alliance Bank - since 2018. He held such positions as the Deputy Chairman of the Board, Acting Chairman of the Board and Chairman of the Bank Supervisory Board. Until April 1, 2025, he was in the post of chairman of the Supervisory Board of JSC "Bank Alliance".
Graduated from the Ukrainian Academy of Banking of the National Bank of Ukraine, specializing in Banking (2006).
BURKYTSIA VIKTOR,
First Deputy Chairman of the Management Board, Member of the Management Board
Viktor Hryhorovych Burkytsia has been working in the banking sector since 1995. Since 2017 he has been working at JSC BANK ALLIANCE as Deputy Chairman of the Management Board.
Graduated from Kyiv National Economic University (KNEU) in Economics and Social Planning (1994).
PALIURA VITALII,
Deputy Chairman of the Management Board, Member of the Management Board
Vitalii Volodymyrovych Paliura has been working in the banking sector since 2005. Since December 2, 2020 he has been working in JSC BANK ALLIANCE and holds the position of Deputy Chairman of the Management Board, member of the Management Board.
He graduated from Dnipropetrovsk State University with a degree in Mathematics (1997) and the Institute of International Finance of CJSC Dnipropetrovsk University of Economics and Law with a degree in Finance (2008).
CHUMAK OLEKSANDR,

Oleksandr Oleksandrovych Chumak has been working in the banking sector since 2000. Since December 3, 2020 he has been working in JSC BANK ALLIANCE and holds the position of Deputy Chairman of the Management Board, member of the Management Board.
He graduated from Donetsk State University with a degree in Finance and Credit (2000).

Serhii Viktorovych Bocharov has been working in the banking sector since 2005. Since January 1, 2021, he has been working in JSC BANK ALLIANCE and holds the position of Deputy Chairman of the Management Board, member of the Management Board.
He graduated from Kharkiv National Economic University "Enterprise Economics" (2004).
