Vitaliy Volodymyrovych Palyura has been working in the banking sector since 2005. Since December 2, 2020 he has been working in JSC BANK ALLIANCE and holds the position of Deputy Chairman of the Management Board, member of the Management Board.
He graduated from Dnipropetrovsk State University with a degree in Mathematics (1997) and the Institute of International Finance of CJSC Dnipropetrovsk University of Economics and Law with a degree in Finance (2008).
